Private Sessions with Hannah

One-on-one sessions are tailored to your goals — whether you’re building technique in a specific tradition, developing a solo, preparing for performance, or beginning your first steps into Silk Road and world dance. Private sessions are also the entry point for ensemble training.

Available in-person (Bay Area) and via Zoom.

Required before entering group or ensemble programs.

The Dunyazade Dance Ensemble

Train. Perform. Be Part of Something Real.

The Dunyazade Dance Ensemble trains in culturally specific repertoire and performs as part of Kitchen Cabaret, the live dance theatre segment of the television series Dancing in the Kitchen®, filmed at Hidden City Ballroom in Point Richmond, California. Kitchen Cabaret weaves together world dance traditions and original dance theatre — playful, inventive, and full of life. Ensemble members also perform at Dinner & Dance Theater evenings at Hidden City Ballroom and at dance festivals throughout the Bay Area, where the repertoire draws more deeply from the Silk Road and world dance traditions.

Rehearsal classes take place in Sonoma County, Marin County, and Point Richmond — and all are welcome to attend, whether or not you perform. Ensemble membership for Kitchen Cabaret and festival performances is by invitation, following an initial private session with Hannah.
